Tiers

For this SF6 Tier List, we’ve adopted a consensus system with an "S" to "E" ranking. S-Tier characters are generally recognized as the best at the highest competitive level, while E-Tier characters are typically seen as either weak or too difficult to master, making it hard to justify putting significant effort into them.
